About Flying car AI video on Cicadas

This page turns a photo of your car into a short flying car video: four small propellers unfold from under the car and it takes off. Pick one of two scenes: City takeoff, where it climbs past the trees and flies over the rooftops, or Hover and go, where it lifts off the road, turns and speeds away down the street. Cicadas makes it with MiniMax H3 Max from your photo, which becomes the first frame: 5, 10 or 15 seconds, with propeller and wind sound and no music. No car photo? Start from our sample car. The page draws no real make, badge or person. A 5-second clip is 63 credits.

Why use Cicadas for Flying car AI video

Your car, taking off

Your photo is the first frame, so the car keeps its shape and colour. In both our clips the white sample car kept its boxy body, round headlights and wheels while four small propellers unfolded underneath.

Two scenes, nothing to write

City takeoff: the car rises past the treetops and flies over the rooftops while the camera tilts up to follow it. Hover and go: it lifts off the road, turns to face down the street and speeds away low. The scene is built in, and you can still edit the words.

At 480P, 5 seconds is 63 credits, 10 seconds is 125 and 15 seconds is 188; at 768P they are 100, 200 and 300. In dollars at 480P: about $0.77, $1.53 and $2.30 on the $4.90 first pack. A failed generation returns its credits.

Why it starts from a photo

We tried the same idea from text alone three times. Each time the model drew a badge, or a car that looked like a real make. Starting from a photo keeps the car yours, with no make the model has to invent.

How to pick your car photo

Use a photo of the whole car on a road or a driveway, side-on or three-quarter, in daylight, with nothing standing in front of it. The car keeps the shape and colour of the photo, and the clip keeps the photo’s shape, so a vertical phone photo makes a vertical video. If the number plate is readable in your photo it can stay readable in the clip, so blur it first if you will post the video.

Flying car memes: chase, parking, traffic jam, wedding

Flying car clips come in a few flavours: a chase through the city, dropping into a parking space from above, rising out of a traffic jam, or a wedding car driving off into the sky. This page records two scenes, a takeoff and a hover. For the others, start from a photo of your car in that place and edit the scene to say where it flies; we have not recorded those, so check the result.

Flying car AI video prompt ideas

Copy one into the prompt box above and adapt it to your shot. Or write your own shot by shot in the prompt generator.

  • “The car rises straight up from where it is parked as four small propellers unfold from under its body and start to spin, climbs past the treetops and flies off over the rooftops into the afternoon sky. Keep the car's shape, colour and wheels as in the first frame. The camera tilts up to follow it, one continuous shot. Sound: whirring propellers, rustling leaves and wind, no music, no voices. No people, no badges, no logos, no text.”

  • “The car lifts a little off the road as four small propellers unfold from under its body, hovers at head height while it turns to face down the street, then speeds away low along the tree-lined road. Keep the car's shape, colour and wheels as in the first frame. The camera stays still at the kerb, one continuous shot. Sound: whirring propellers and a rush of wind, no music, no voices. No people, no badges, no logos, no text.”

Flying car AI video FAQ

Tested on Cicadas · reviewed 2026-10-17

Recorded on 2026-10-17 with MiniMax H3 Max image-to-video through fal.ai, each request sent once with the exact scene prompt of this page: 5 seconds, 480P with sound, from one AI-made photo of a white boxy city car with no make (its emblem and a windscreen sticker were edited out). City takeoff: back in 52 seconds; four small propellers unfold under the car, it rises past the treetops and flies off into the sky as the camera tilts up. Hover and go: back in 22 seconds; the car lifts a little off the road, turns to face down the street and speeds away low; it rises less than the scene asks for. The car kept its shape, colour and wheels in both; no people, badges or text. Two automated listeners heard wind and a whirring or rising motor sound, no music or speech. Three earlier tries from text alone drew rear badges on the traffic, a well-known electric SUV, and a round badge on the car, so the page offers no text mode. 10 and 15 seconds, 768P and real customer photos were not run.
