Character orientation

Kling V3 Standard · Silent MP4. Best reference: one real person, head and upper or full body visible, fixed camera, one continuous shot at moderate speed. Kling keeps only continuous, usable motion, so the result can be shorter than your reference; you pay only for the delivered seconds and the rest is returned automatically. Motion and identity consistency need visual review; no face replacement or facial element binding.

Real results (2026-10-25)

Left: the reference clip; right: the result. Each clip was produced once by this page's motion control from a public sample photo on this site, not retried.

Made for this page from a text prompt (side steps, two arm crosses, hip pop, spin, point at the camera), 5 s at 480P, fixed camera, sound removed. Our own original clip, not the NEON choreography; film yours the same way. Download this clip to use as your reference video
Character image: the site's public sample photo of a man in a parking lot at dusk (waist-up). Follow the video, 5.2 s delivered of a 5.2 s reference, silent MP4, one run, not retried. Arm crosses and the point come through; the footwork is hidden because the photo stops at the waist.

About NEON dance AI on Cicadas

The NEON dance challenge (A2O LITE's debut single, October 2026) filled TikTok and Reels with people, pets and celebrities doing the sharp two-person opening. This page does not ship that choreography or the song: you bring one photo and a reference clip of the moves you filmed (or own), and Kling motion control transfers that motion onto your photo as a silent MP4. One dancer per run; the two-person opening is not offered. Without a reference clip, the AI dance page makes an original K-pop style move from a text prompt instead.

Why use Cicadas for NEON dance AI

Your photo, the moves you filmed

JPG or PNG of one person (up to 10 MB, 340–3840 pixels per edge) and an MP4 or WebM reference of 3–30 seconds, up to 80 MB. Film the routine yourself with a fixed camera, full body in frame; the model follows that clip, not a stored template.

No choreography or song inside

Cicadas does not store or reuse the NEON video or audio. The reference must be yours or one you may use; add the track afterwards from the TikTok, Reels or CapCut library.

Pay only for delivered seconds

The quote is the maximum for your reference length; you pay for the seconds Kling returns and the rest comes back. A 5-second reference was quoted 159 credits in a 2026-09-28 motion-control test and charged 85 for 2.7 delivered seconds. Failed jobs and results under 2.5 seconds are refunded in full.

One dancer, vertical

A vertical photo gives a vertical clip. One person per run; the two-person opening and backup dancers are not offered here, and no face replacement is done.

How to use NEON dance AI

  1. 01

No clip to film? Download our free reference clip below the workspace (an original NEON-style routine we generated, 5 seconds, no music) and use it as the reference video; otherwise film 3–30 seconds of the moves yourself or pick a clip you have the rights to. Then sign in.

  2. 02

Upload the reference video and one photo, choose follow the image (references up to 10 seconds) or follow the video (up to 30), and confirm you may use both.

  3. 03

Check the maximum credit quote, generate, and download the silent MP4; add the music in your editing app.

What the NEON dance is

A sharp, fast routine from the K-pop single NEON: side steps, crossed arms, hip pops and a final point at the camera, usually opened by two dancers. Creators swap in themselves, their pets or drawn characters. For motion control, one dancer filmed straight on for 5–10 seconds is enough; a wide two-person shot gives a shorter, weaker result.

Text prompt instead of a reference clip

Without a reference, use the AI dance video generator with one photo and a prompt like "sharp K-pop routine: side steps, arms crossed twice, hip pop, spin, point at the camera". It makes an original move in that style; it will not match the real choreography.
